Late Check-Out Policy

Guests checking out after the check-out time (10:00 AM) without prior authorization may be charged a late check-out fee up to the equivalent of one night’s room rate, based on the applicable rate for that day.
If you anticipate needing a late check-out, please contact the front desk in advance to request accommodation. Approval and associated charges will be determined at that time.
All late check-out fees are based on the rate of the room on the day of check-out.

- All rates are based on double occupancy
- Additional people – $15/Night
- Kids (11 and younger) stay free (limit 2)
- Cots $25/Night
- 1 Parking spot per unit reserved (including large kitchen and apartment units)
- Parking is based on vehicle size to ensure everyone has a spot (smaller vehicles preferred)
- Additional parking may be available on property based on availability for $30/night (cash only)
- The business reserves the right to deny parking for additional vehicles at their discretion, especially during peak periods or when space is limited.
- One night or 50% of total reservation cost (whichever is greater) as deposit is required to make reservation.
- Must be 21 to book – we will take a $100 security deposit/person that is refunded if the room is in good condition upon check out.
- Children may not be left unattended at any time.
- Min. $50 charge for rooms that require excess cleaning, stained linens, damages to room.
- Rates may fluctuate based on availability.
- Weekends and holidays may require a minimum stay requirement.
- Sorry, no pets!
- No refunds once you check-in i.e. bad weather, red tides, spa/pool closure due to sanitation, etc.
Refund policy
- Stays shorter than 5 nights
- Cancellation outside 14 days of check in $50
- Cancellation within 14 days of check in is loss of deposit
- Stays 5 nights or more
- Cancellation outside 30 days of check in $100
- Cancellation within 30 days of check in is loss of deposit
NOTICE:
By giving us your credit card, you are authorizing payment for one night or half deposit (whichever is greater), to be made at time of reservation or anytime up until your date of stay to confirm reservation. A confirmed reservation means we guarantee to hold a room(s) for the requested time period and the party reserving the room has paid the deposit. Please note we can not control the weather, red tides, public services (internet, electricity), train, and pool / hot tub closures for sanitizing.
