Check-In: 3:00 PM. You are welcome to come to the office to get your parking pass, park your car early, and enjoy all of our amenities until your room is ready.
Early check-in to room is available for $25, based on availability. Please contact the office to arrange.
Check-Out: 10:00 AM. A 12:00 PM late check-out is available for $50, based on availability.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Additional parking fees are cash only.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. The card used to make the reservation must also be present, though guests are welcome to use a different card for payment at that time.
Complimentary WiFi is included with your stay.
Daily housekeeping service is provided. Fresh sheet changes occur on the third night of your stay. Housekeeping gratuities are not required but are always appreciated and entirely at your discretion.
The pool and hot tub are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. No lifeguard is on duty — swim at your own risk.
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. Smoking is allowed on property in designated areas. Please be mindful that Beau Rivage is a family-friendly property.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations may result in removal from the property without a refund.
Registered guests are welcome to have visitors on property. Please note that visitors are not permitted to use the pool, hot tub, or other amenities, which are reserved for registered guests only.
Guests are welcome to receive packages and deliveries during their stay. Please notify the office so we can ensure they are received safely.
We’re sorry, no pets are permitted. Please contact the office and we will do our best to assist you in finding a pet-friendly hotel in the area.
Beau Rivage Motel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during your stay. Please take care of your valuables and notify the office immediately if you have any concerns.
We want your experience at Beau Rivage to be as enjoyable as possible! If anything in your room or on the property is not to your satisfaction, please come to the office as soon as possible so we can make it right while you’re still here. We are unable to address or refund concerns raised after check-out, so please don’t wait — we’re happy to help!
If you are arriving after office hours, a self check-in process is available. Please contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for your arrival.
Beau Rivage Motel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at management’s discretion.

No refunds will be issued once you have checked in, including for weather-related issues, early departure, pool closure, or other circumstances outside our control.
By providing your credit card, you are authorizing payment of one night or half the total reservation cost (whichever is greater), to be charged at the time of reservation or at any point up until your date of arrival to confirm your reservation. A confirmed reservation means we guarantee to hold your room(s) for the requested dates.
Please note that we cannot control weather, red tides, public services (internet, electricity), train schedules, or pool and hot tub closures for sanitizing purposes. No refunds will be issued for these circumstances.
Any concerns regarding your room or the property must be reported to the office during your stay. Beau Rivage Motel is not responsible for unresolved issues that were not brought to our attention prior to check-out, and no refunds or compensation will be issued after departure.
